Qualification : Must be science
gradute in Biology stream. In areas, where a candidate with a desired qualification is not available a graduate with science subject in class XI & XII will be considered. Candidates should have valid two wheeler driving licence and preferable for the same district. Experienced candidate in Malaria and other vector borne disease control shall be given preference.
Age: Should be between 18-40 yrs.

Salary : Rs. 8,000/-P.M.
Qualification : Must be science graduate in Biology/Bio-Chemistry/ Micro-Biology. In areas, where a candidate with a desired qualification is not available a graduate with science subject in class XI & XII will be considered. One year practical experience in Medical/Biological Laboratory will be given Preference. Candidates should have valid two wheeler license and preferable for the same district.
Age: Should be between 18-40 yrs.

2. Attested Xerox copy qualifying certificate with Mark sheet for the post applied for.
3. Attested Xerox copy of valid residential certificate issued within 6 months.

5. Attested Xerox copy of valid two wheeler driving license.
6. Two nos. of recent passport size photographs duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
