Post: IT Recruiter/ Technical Recruiter
Qualification: Graduate/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA/ MBA/ BBA/ BCA
Experience: Fresher
Location: Bhubaneswar

 Desirable:
  • Good understanding of US staffing business, recruitment process.
  • Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients' expectations.
  • Must have experience in consulting on sourcing strategies, customer relationship management, and successful ability to recruit consulting resources .
  • Must have Good Communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively with team members. 
  • Ready to work in Night Shift (US - EST)
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical skills.
