Pay Band and Grade Pay- Pay band Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs 4200.
Qualifications Needed- The applicant must have completed a Bachelor degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or BCA/BBA or equivalent from any recognized institution or university. They must have enough knowledge about computer application.

Qualifications Needed- The applicant must have passed 10+2 or 12th examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha or an equivalent exam from a recognized board and must have enough knowledge regarding computer operating.

Other Qualifications Needed for RI, ARI and AMIN Jobs in Keonjhar District of Odisha
The applicant must be a citizen of India and permanent resident of Keonjhar District.
The applicant should have registered his/her name in employment exchange or Keonjhar district.
The age of the applicant should be 20-32 years as on 1st January 2011. Age relaxation available for SC/ST/SEBC and Women candidates.
The applicant should be of good character and shall furnish along with the application a certificate of good character from the head of the institution in which he last studied.
He/She must be of sound health, good physique and active habits and must qualify in the test of physical fitness as specified in Rule-7 of Odisha District Revenue Service.

Certificate and Mark Sheet of High School Examination passed.
Certificate and Mark Sheet of Higher Secondary Examination Passed.
Certificate and Mark sheet of Bachelor Degree Examination passed including BBA and BCA from recognised University. (In case of Revenue Inspector).
Certificate of Character from the Head of the Institution in which the candidate last studied.
Caste Certificate issued by the Revenue Authority (not below the rank of Tahasildar) issued in the year 2011-12 for service purpose only.
Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the competent authority during the year 2011-12.
Declaration regarding the Home District.
Certificate of actual work experience, if any, in Settlement/Consolidation Organization issued by the Settlement Officer/Deputy Director, Consolidation.
Certificate, if any, indicating successful completion of All India Trade Test in Surveyor Trade conducted by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trade.
Valid Employment Registration Certificate (as on the date of submission of application).
Original Bank Draft showing the deposit of examination fees.
Copy of Identity Card issued by the competent authority and the document indicating the period of service rendered in armed forces, in case of Ex-Servicemen.
Copy of Identity Card issued by the Directorate of Sports, in case of Sports Person.
Copy of Certificate issued by the CDMO along with Identity Card issued by the district authority, in case of Physically Handicapped person.
Two recent passport size colour photographs duly attested. Should be signed by the applicant in the front side and one to be pasted in the appropriate place in the application form.
2 self addressed envelope of 15”*25” affixing postage stamp worth of Rs.25 .
Original bank draft showing deposit of Rs 100 and Rs 75 as the case may be for the candidates other than S.C. & S.T. category.
2 Character certificates in Original from any 2 Gazetted officers not related to the candidate.
The certificate of passing the Odia standard (for candidates who did not have Odia subject in H.S.C. exam.)
Declaration regarding one spouse living. ( In case of Married person) (in original)
Examination Fees- No application shall be considered except ST & ST category unless accompanied by the exam fees in shape of A/c payee Bank showing payment of Rs 100 only for the post of RI and Rs 75 for ARI and Amins in favour of Deputy Collector, Nizarat Collectorate, Keonjhar payable at S.B.I., Keonjhar Branch, Keonjhar.
