Qualification : Passed HSC examination. Undergone 1year 6 months training for MHW(F) from recognized institution.

Qualification : 7th Pass ,Minimum two years
experience in the related field.

Age: 35 years.
Those candidates who are already working in Health Department on either regular or contractual basis have to apply through proper channel.
